Luke 4:14-15
And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit,
and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district.

And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all.

We see the value and necessity of consulting each Gospel.
Each brings out varied insights of the Truth.

Luke shows us that Jesus returned to Galilee “in the power of the Spirit”.

The power of the Spirit.
Jesus lived in the power of the Spirit.

So should those of us who are true Believers.

This is the greatest problem with the professing body of Christ today.
Most reject the power of the Spirit.
They give lip service, yet their deeds reflect their true heart.
Most do not want anything to do with the power of the Spirit.
Harsh?
Yes.
True?
Yes.

Just look.
Powerlessness is what we see for the most part.

The news about Jesus spread…because of the power of the Spirit.

Jesus began teaching in their synagogues.
He was praised by all…a praise that would be short lived.

Saints, live in the power of the Spirit.
Not the power of the flesh.
Not the power of the soul.
The power of the Spirit.
