“Teach Me…”

Blessings folk!

The Psalmist continues in declaring the Truth and the Life of the Word of the Lord...

Psalm 119:61-64
61 The cords of the wicked have encircled me, But I have not forgotten Your law.
62 At midnight I shall rise to give thanks to You Because of Your righteous ordinances.
63 I am a companion of all those who fear You, And of those who keep Your precepts.
64 The earth is full of Your lovingkindness, O Lord; Teach me Your statutes.

Even though the wicked may have us surrounded…
We are not to forget the Law of the Lord.

Even though sleep might escape us…
We shall arise at midnight...do not lay there and toss and turn.
Arise!
Give thanks to God because of His righteous ordinances.
Do not complain about sleeplessness.
Arise and rejoice!

Be a companion of those who fear the Lord...those who keep God’s precepts.
Most fear man.
Do not.
Fear God.

Rejoice in the fullness of the lovingkindness of the Lord that is in the earth.
He has granted so much to us...all we need.

Seek Him to teach us His statutes.
