“Time of Visitation”

Blessings folk!

As asked yesterday, why?

Mar 11:7-10
They brought the colt to Jesus and put their coats on it; and He sat on it.

And many spread their coats in the road,
and others spread leafy branches which they had cut from the fields.

Those who went in front and those who followed were shouting:
“Hosanna!
BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD;

Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David;
Hosanna in the highest!”

Jesus came in fulfillment of the Word.

His coming to Jerusalem in this manner was foreshadowed in the Word.

This was the time of visitation to Israel…

Luk 19:43-44
“For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side,

and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”

The people had a decision.
Would they receive Jesus as Messiah?
Many did.
More did not.
As a nation, Israel, led by their leadership, rejected Jesus.

Blessed are those who believe.
Cursed are those who do not believe.

Do you believe?
I speak not of religious activity.
Do you truly believe unto salvation?
Have you confessed, repented?

Today is the day of visitation.
