“Ears Turned Toward Myths…”
Blessings folk!
Oh, people love to have their ears tickled.
Especially religious people.
They love the pride of words structured to “build up self”.
They love the hubris and arrogance of “being in control”.
They love the teachers they accumulated unto themselves.
They love the “truths” that they have bought.
They do not love sound doctrine.
2Ti 4:3
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,
True Believers long for sound doctrine.
They want to learn.
They want to be taught.
The Spirit has placed the desire within.
Yet, the organizational church today is dying due to the lack of sound doctrine.
Hos 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,...
They have...
2Ti 4:4
and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.
May we turn our ears toward the Truth.
May we turn away and reject the myths of man.
May we stand strong in His Word and the power of His might.
May we make not the mistake of the Sadducees...Jesus told them…
Mat 22:29
But Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures nor the power of God.
May we understand the Scripture.
May we understand the power of God.
May we live the Scripture.
May we manifest the power of God.
