“Disciples Amazed…”

Blessings Folk!

We continue to look at what we learn about the disciples from the phrase “one another”.

Mark 14:4
But some were indignantly remarking to one another, “Why has this perfume been wasted?

The disciples were just like us.
Tempted to act under a religious spirit.
Indignant that at what they consider to be an extravagant waste upon the Lord.
Can you imagine the “remarks” to one another?

Luke 4:36
And amazement came upon them all, and they began talking with one another saying, “What is this message? For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits and they come out.”
Luke 8:25
And He said to them, “Where is your faith?” They were fearful and amazed, saying to one another, “Who then is this, that He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey Him?”

They were amazed at what they saw in the Lord.
They spoke with one another about Jesus’…

• authority and power over unclean spirits
• authority and power over nature...the winds and water.

All obey the Word of the Lord.

Do we heed the message?
Do we have faith?
