What do you do when you “hit a wall”?
At work?
In relationships?
In goals, dreams, visions?
In life?
Do you seek a way around?
Do you seek a way over?
Do you seek to tear down the wall?
Do you seek to tunnel under?
Do you quit?
Here is what you do with a wall…
Hebrews 11:30
By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they had been encircled for seven days.
A wall is to be dealt with “by faith”.
The strength of man will never adequately deal with “a wall”.
Only faith.
We likely know the account, but let’s look at it…
Joshua 6:1-2
Now Jericho was tightly shut because of the sons of Israel;
no one went out and no one came in.
The LORD said to Joshua,
“See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and the valiant warriors.
Jericho was shut tight due to the multitude of the sons of Israel.
No one came or went from Jericho.
It was unconquerable in the eyes of man.
Yet, hear what the Lord said.
“I have given Jericho into your hand…”
From the perspective of the Lord it was a done event.
The Lord would give.
The city.
The king.
The valiant warriors.
All given to the sons of Israel.
The Lord gives the plan.
The Lord gives the faith.
Fear not the wall.
Fear the Most High.
Face the wall in faith and see what the Lord does.
