Rom 5:12
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men,…

Through the rebellion of Adam sin entered the world.
Death came due to the sin.
Death then spread to all mankind.

There are profound truths here. Let us spend some time on it…slowly.

So, prior to the rebellion of Adam, there was no sin.
No death.

Rebellion brought forth death.
All mankind now experiences death.

Yet, there is hope.

A few verses later we learn this…(we will look at the other verses tomorrow&hellip

Rom 5:15
…For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.

The many…all man…die due to the transgression of the one.

How much more does the grace of God and the gift of the grace of God…the One Man, Jesus Christ abound to many.

That is an interesting phrase and thought.

Adam brought death to all mankind.
Jesus brings abounding life to the many…to those who believe.

Rejoice in this.
Meditate upon it.

Be certain where you are.
Are you in Adam?
Are you in Jesus?
