“2 Masters?”

We saw yesterday that Jesus calls us to faithfulness.
But, faithful to what? To Whom?

Jesus tells us.

One cannot serve two masters.
Only one can truly be master.

In this case Jesus is teaching this truth in the context of possessions.
He tells us forthrightly.

You cannot serve God and money.

Most people serve money/possessions.
Many who profess to be Believers serve money in the name of God.

Think about that.

Where are the resources of the Kingdom going?

What shall we do?

Who do you serve?
