It is the man that is told to love.
Love his wife.
How is this manifest?
The man is instructed.
The man leaves his father and mother (his family).
The man is joined to his wife.
The man and woman become one flesh.

This is a useful thought.
It is the man that does this.
In most of our societies the woman is viewed as “leaving her family”.
That is not exactly correct.
“For this reason”…for love…the man sets aside all and becomes husband to his wife.
