“Peter Calls the Lord a Liar”
Blessings folk!
Today’s reading:
Matthew 26:30-35
Mark 14:26-31
Luke 22:31-34

Jesus tells His disciples that they will all fall away from Him that night.
He tells them that it was prophesied.
He then tells them, “but…”
Good ole Peter.
He tells the Lord that He is wrong.
He would never deny Him.
Think on that.
He was denying the truth of what the Lord has said.
Jesus corrected Him.
Do we truly believe the Word of the Lord?
Or, are we like Peter was on occasion?
Notice that satan had demanded permission to sift Peter like wheat.
It was granted!
Whoa!

- He would go ahead of the to Galilee
Good ole Peter.
He tells the Lord that He is wrong.
