“Seek, Be Glad, Exult, Rejoice!”

Blessings folk!

Rejoice!

It is not always easy to rejoice, yet we are called to do so.

We rejoice in the power of the Spirit.
We rejoice not in the flesh.

Seeking the Lord will bring rejoicing…

Psa 40:16
Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
Let those who love Your salvation say continually,
“The LORD be magnified!”

Rejoicing can come out of difficult times.

Psa 51:8
Make me to hear joy and gladness,
Let the bones which You have broken rejoice.

Psa 58:10
The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance;
He will wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.

Therefore…

• Be glad
• Exult before God
• Rejoice with gladness

Psa 68:3
But let the righteous be glad; let them exult before God;
Yes, let them rejoice with gladness.

Such is the pattern and practice of the True Believer.
Can it be seen in us?
