“Salt…”

Another command…

Col 4:6
Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.

Our speech should always manifest the grace of the Lord.
When speaking truth - grace.
When in a combative conversation - grace.
When speaking… - grace.

An example is given.
“As though seasoned with salt”.
Our speech should do the same thing that salt does..

• enhances flavor
• preserves
• heals
• cleaning

Apparently there are more than 14,000 beneficial uses of salt.

Each word we speak carries powerful opportunity for good.

May the grace of the Lord speak through us.
May we know what we are to speak to each person.
