"Laughter"

“Laughter”

Blessings folk!

Abraham and Sarah had the son of the Promise, Isaac.
Isaac means “laughter.”

Watch the reaction of Sarah and Abraham…

Gen 21:5-8

Now Abraham was one hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.

Sarah said, “God has made laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh with me.”

And she said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.”

The child grew and was weaned, and Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned.

Sarah was laughing…with joy.
All who heard would laugh with her.
God made laughter for her. Happy

Who could have imagined?
No one.
Remember, they were as “good as dead” reproductively.

Isaac grew.
He was weaned.

Abraham made a great feast day on the day of weaning.

All is well.

The Promised One is here.

What could go wrong?

We will see…
