1Ch 16:34-36
O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good;
For His lovingkindness is everlasting.
Then say, “Save us, O God of our salvation,
And gather us and deliver us from the nations,
To give thanks to Your holy name,
And glory in Your praise.”
Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel,
From everlasting even to everlasting.
Then all the people said, “Amen,” and praised the LORD.

We see a pattern.
Begin with giving thanks to the Lord.
End with giving thanks to the Lord.

Why?

Because He is good.
His lovingkindness is everlasting.

They were then to cry out unto the Lord, asking God to save them.

Save.
Gather.
Deliver.
From the nations.

Give thanks.
Glory in His name.
Bless the Lord.
He is the God of Israel.
He is the God of All.

The response of the people?
“Amen!”
And they praised the Lord.

Let us do so…in all things give thanks.
