“He Who Dwells…”
Blessings folk!
Previously we read Psalm 91.
Now, let us look closely.
What do we learn from verse 1-2?
Psalm 91:1-2
1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”
Think on verse one.
The one who dwells in the shelter of the Most High…
Have you chosen to do this?
Do you dwell in the shelter of the Lord?
Or, do you dwell in the “shelter” and fear of self and man?
There is promise.
If we dwell in His shelter, then we will abide in the shadow fo the Almighty.
We will abide.
We will dwell.
We will live in HIs shadow…His Presence…His shelter.
This is a must-needed Word for today.
Then verse two.
The declarative statement of the Psalmist.
Can you make this declaration?
Yes, you can.
Will you?
That is another matter.
Have you?
Do so…now.
Note it is said “to the Lord”.
Not “about the Lord”.
It is a bold declaration acknowledging He is Lord of our lives.
Speak it!
“Lord, You are my refuge”.
“Lord, You are my fortress”.
“Lord, You are my God”.
“Lord, I trust in You”.
