Psalm 91.
A Psalm of hope.
A Psalm of trust.
A Psalm for difficult times.
The Lord is our fortress.
The Lord is our refuge.
Now…
Psa 91:3-4
For it is He who rescues you from the net of the trapper
And from the deadly plague.
He will cover you with His pinions,
And under His wings you may take refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and wall.
These verses reveal two things that the Lord does for those who trust Him.
He rescues us.
He covers us.
He rescues us from those who seek to set traps for us.
He rescues us from the deadly plague.
A great word for us today.
We are experiencing a trap of deadly plague…yeh, intentional.
The Lord rescues.
He covers us.
With His pinions…under His “wing”.
We take refuge under His wing of protection…if we believe…if we trust.
Know this!
His faithfulness is a shield.
His faithfulness is a wall.
He will never forsake His people.
He will uphold and rescue us.
He will protect.
Praise Him!
