Tit 3:9
But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and strife and disputes about the Law, for they are unprofitable and worthless.

So many seek to make major issues from things that not profitable.
What are we to do with such folk?

Titus 3:10-11
Reject a factious man after a first and second warning,

knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned.

Note the attitude of the man.
He is factious.
He is seeking to instill division.
He is seeking to bring harm to the Body of Christ.

This is not just a pattern of simple conversation and discussion about matters.
That is to be done.

This is someone who is seeking to bring evil…division…harm.

Again, what are we…the Body of Christ…to do?
Give a first and second warning…seek to restore the individual.
If he does not heed the warning, then reject him.

We do so knowing that such a person is…
sinning
perverted
self-condemned

We will know them by their fruit.

Bear the fruit of the Spirit.
