“One God and Father…”

Blessings folk!

We saw yesterday that we as Believers are to be diligent in maintaining the unity of the Spirit.

Let us continue to look at this passage from Ephesians 4.
It is pivotal.
It is foundational.
It shows us how to live.

Eph 4:1-6
Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord,
implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called,

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love,

being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling;

one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.

Walking, humility, gentleness, patience, tolerance, preserving the unity of the Spirit are all possible because we are One.
One in the Lord.

One Body.
One Spirit.
One hope of calling.
One Lord.
One faith.
One baptism
One God and Father
- Who is over all
- Who is through all
- Who is our all in all

This is who we are.
Live this way.
Watch what the Lord does to glorify Himself.
