Romans 12:17-18
17 Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. 18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.

As a true believer we never pay back evil for evil.
To anyone.
We stand by what is right...in the sight of all men.

Then this…

As for as it depends upon you, be at peace with all men.

We cannot “make someone” be at peace.
But, we can be at peace.

It is the peace of the Lord.
The power of the Lord manifest through His Body.

Choose the peace of the Spirit over fear of the flesh.
