• Cast out demons, in His name
• Speak with new tongues
• Pick up serpents
• Drink deals poison, it will not hurt them

Mar 16:17-18
“These signs will accompany those who have believed:
in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues;

they will pick up serpents,
and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them;
they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

They will lay hands on the sick.
The sick will recover.

Note “they will”…not “they might”, “they should”, etc.

There are many Scriptural examples of this.
There are many contemporary anecdotal examples.

Give heed…

James 5:14-15
Is anyone among you sick?
Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, 
anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;

and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick,
and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.

Acts 19:11-12
God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul,

so that handkerchiefs or aprons were even carried from his body to the sick,
and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out.

Luke 9:1
And He called the twelve together,
and gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases.

Believers have power and authority to heal.

There is no need to “ask the Lord”.

We are told to do it.
By faith.
By belief.
