“Stiller of the Storms”

We looked at a portion of this story in a previous time together - “Demons”

Jesus and the disciples came to the other side of the lake...after a storm and the stilling of the storm.

What do we learn of Jesus?

Jesus, stiller of the storms of nature.
Jesus, stiller of the storms of the soul.

Jesus set the disciples free from fear.
Jesus set us free from the fear of death.

Note what Jesus told the now-freed “demoniac”.
Return to your house.
Describe what great things God has done for you.

What has the Lord done for you?
Have you described it to your house?
Have you allowed the Lord to set you free?
Or, are you walking in the blindness of self-deception and faux-freedom?
