"In Him..."

“In Him...”
Blessings folk! In this next portion of Ephesians 1 we begin to encounter a repeated phrase - “in Him”. Note what we learn from “in Him”...
Ephesians 1:7-10
7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.
In Him...in the Lord Jesus Christ... - we have redemption through His blood - we have forgiveness of our trespasses - all according to the riches of His grace...
This is what the Lord has done for man. This is what we receive when we repent, confess, call upon the Lord and are saved.
Through His blood we are redeemed...restored from sin into a holy relationship with Father...forgiven of sins.
We do well to remember and reflect upon this.
Forget not what He has done. Forget not who you are...”in Him”.
...to be continued...
If you have not repented, confessed, called upon the Lord...today is the day of salvation. Repent from dead religious works and enter the Life of the Kingdom.
