“Pleasing Way”

After pronouncing judgment upon the Galilean cities Jesus lifts up a declaration of praise to Father.

So much to be gleaned here.

Note:

• the Son praises Father
• Jesus rejoices greatly in the Holy Spirit
• Father is Lord of heaven and earth...why?
• He hides things from the wise and intelligent and reveals them to His little children
• This way was pleasing to Father
• Father handed all things over the Jesus
• No one knows the Son/Jesus except the Father
• No one knows Father except the Son… and anyone to whom the son wills to reveal Father.

Because of this Jesus makes a great invitation we will examine tomorrow.

For today, live in the truth that if you are a Believer then Jesus has willed to reveal to you Father. This is not by happenstance. It is the pleasing way of God.
It is through Jesus, and Jesus alone, that man is reconciled to Father.
Rejoice.
Live in the pleasing way.
Praise the Lord.
