Jesus was questioned…
Mar 13:4
“Tell us, when will these things be,
and what will be the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled?”
He began to answer…
See to it that no one deceive you.
See to it that you are not frightened.
Mar 13:5
And Jesus began to say to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.
Mar 13:7
“When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be frightened;
those things must take place; but that is not yet the end.
Jesus continued…
Mar 13:8
“For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom;
there will be earthquakes in various places; there will also be famines.
These things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.
“Nations” is the word “ethnos”
It speaks of ethnicities arising against each other.
Kingdoms are what we call nations.
The deception.
The wars.
The rumors of wars.
Nations rising up against nation.
Kingdom against kingdoms.
Earthquakes in various place.
Famines.
These are merely the beginning of birth pangs.
We draw closer.
What we experiencing now is but the beginning of the beginning.
Be prepared.
Be ready.
In the Lord.
