“..To The Praise of His Glorious Grace...”
Blessings folk!
Blessed be God the Father. Blessed be the Lord Jesus Christ. They have blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world. Therefore, we are to be holy and blameless before Him. He predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ. Why? According to the purpose of His will...and verse 6...
Ephesians 1:1-6
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.
To the praise of His glorious grace. A phrase that continues to bring forth depth of understanding.
His grace is abundant and merciful. His grace is to be praised. All that we have seen that He has done has been “to the praise of His glorious grace.” Then... “With which He has blessed us in the Beloved.”
His grace is manifest in the Beloved...in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the Lord Who saved us. It is the Lord Who sends the Holy Spirit from the Father to dwell in us.
Live today as we are empowered... To the praise of the glory of His grace.
