2 Th 1:11-12

To this end also we pray for you always, that our God will consider you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the work of faith with power,

so that the name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified in you, and you in Him,
in accordance with the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Paul prayed for them always.

What did he pray?

That God would consider them worthy of the calling.
That God would fulfill every desire for…
- goodness
- the work of faith
- with power

Work of faith with power.

We are “big” on faith.
Less so on “power”.

Thus lies the problem.

We must be seeking, living and manifesting the power of God.

Why?

So that the name of the Lord will be glorified in us.
Glorified in/through the Lord, according to His grace

Pray for one another in like manner.

Lord, manifest your power.
Lord, we are willing.
